Michihiro Domoto
Born in Takayama city, Fukui. Michihiro Domoto graduated in ceramics from Okayama Prefecture Kibi Kogen Gakuen High School. He completed a course in ceramics coaching at the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, and is currently co-producing products with his wife Kumiko Domoto, with a wood kiln he built in Echizen town.
In 2017 he won the Japan Ceramic Society Contemporary Ceramics Encouragement Prize, Fukui · Ishikawa · Toyama.
